We had a wonderful experience dealing with Priscilla, Marketing Director of Drum Hill. She made us feel welcomed, like part of the family. She was extremely informative, listened to our concerns, and understanding the position we are in with our parents. The facility is an inviting, homey, and well kept environment. The staff is friendly and attentive, focusing on the wants and needs of the seniors- whether transitioning or living there. They have services that would enhance the life of the seniors that live there making them feel like part of a community and continue being independent. It’s a perfect fit for our family’s needs.
